What we do

We help telecom, VoIP, messaging, CPaaS, reseller, carrier, and technology-platform companies prepare, organize, and coordinate CNMC-related technical-regulatory procedures in Spain.

What we are not

We provide technical-regulatory advisory, documentation preparation, operational coordination, and ordinary regulatory support. We do not provide legal defense, procedural representation, tax advice, notarial services, sworn translation, or formal administrative representation unless expressly agreed where legally possible.

How we work

Support is generally provided remotely by email, videoconference, document review, and filing coordination. CNMC decisions, timeframes, and administrative outcomes depend on the authority, applicable rules, and information provided by the client.
